Who we are

The Site is operated by Grand (“Grand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Grand is building a home sensor system designed to give families peace of mind that an aging parent is okay. The product and services described on the Site are not yet available to the public; Grand is being piloted in a number of “alpha tester” households. The Site currently exists to describe what we’re building and to let interested people join a waitlist.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or join the waitlist. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us notify you about Grand and, if you opt in, about our alpha tester program. Joining the waitlist:

• does not create a purchase, reservation, or order of any kind;
• does not guarantee that Grand will launch, that it will launch on any particular timeline, or that any product or service will be offered to you; and
• places you under no obligation, and lets you ask to be removed at any time.

Any launch dates, features, pricing, or capabilities described on the Site are forward‑looking, may change, and are not commitments.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about Grand, our launch, and related updates. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including how we share waitlist sign‑ups with advertising partners as conversion events.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or
• copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site’s content except as permitted below.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Grand name and marks — are owned by Grand or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Not an emergency or medical service

The Site is informational only. It is not a monitoring, medical, emergency, or life‑safety service, and it must not be relied on for any of those purposes. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number (such as 911 in the United States).

Third‑party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third‑party services (for example, our form‑processing and advertising partners). We are not responsible for third‑party websites, services, or content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grand from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. When Grand launches as a product and service, additional terms will apply to that product and service.
